Kulturkollektionen launches it’s activities with a food fermentation event during “Taste the World – Copenhagen Diversity Festival“. Taste, prepare and learn about home fermented foods.

Fungi, bacteria and other microbes have always been a large part of our lives.  Come and taste and get hands-on experience preparing your own sour kraut or kimshi (korean variation of fermented vegetables) You can also taste our home fermented kombucha.
